When properly installed, the Da Brim® product should be very securely attached to the helmet and should not come off during recommended use.

Warranty Information

Every Da Brim® model comes with a limited warranty and duration varies by product.  Please see the documentation that came with your product for further details.  A summary can also be found here.

Return Policy

If you purchased a Da Brim® from one of our dealers, please refer to that dealer's website for return policy information. If you purchased a Da Brim® from our website, the following information may be useful should you need to return your purchase:

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take great pride in our products and offering top notch customer service is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or simply change your mind, please follow the guidelines below and we are happy to help you return your purchase.

Goods may be returned within 45 days of purchase provided they are:
  • Still 100% new and in saleable condition
  • In original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories
  • All sewn-in tags are still attached
  • Are accompanied with a receipt from as proof of purchase

Goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do can always be returned. Please return items clean. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase; we reserve the right to deny refunds to returns that do not have an acceptable proof of purchase. Please email us for an RMA number and then mail all returns with a short note describing why you are returning the product to:

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend you ship your return with a carrier that can provide insurance and a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A refund for the purchase price of the item, less shipping and handling, gift wrap fees and any promotional discounts, will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-6 days of receipt in our warehouse.
