Return Policy

If you purchased a Da Brim® from one of our dealers, please refer to that dealer's website for return policy information. If you purchased a Da Brim® from our website, the following information may be useful should you need to return your purchase:

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take great pride in our products and offering top notch customer service is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or simply change your mind, please follow the guidelines below.

Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase (invoice date) provided they are:
  • Still 100% new and in sellable condition
  • In original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories
  • All sewn-in tags are still attached (paper hangtags and instruction manuals may be removed but must be included with the item for return)
  • Are accompanied with a receipt or packing list from DaBrim.com as proof of purchase

Please keep your original packaging materials and use them to return the product. This will help keep your return shipping costs down. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but typically the US postal service is the cheapest way to return our products. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.

Brims must be returned flat and supported in stiff cardboard to prevent damage during shipping. Rezzos should be returned in a box to prevent damage--please note that padded envelopes are not sufficient protection and the product often gets mangled during transit.

We recommend you ship your return with a carrier that can provide insurance and a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns. A refund for the purchase price of the item, less shipping and handling, gift wrap fees and any promotional discounts, will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. Note that for international destination orders only that are returned to sender (failure to collect the package or pay duties or a bad address, and other reasons ), an additional $30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover further international postage fees.

If you would prefer to do an exchange for another item, please include a note on the packing list or invoice indicating what model and color you would like in exchange. Include a phone number in case of any questions.
